Overdue fees:

• Overdue outside loan 3 Kč per 1 day

• Overdue in-house loan 50 Kč per 1 day

• Overdue e-book reader 100 Kč per 1 day

Overdue notices

• Certified letter – according to prices of the Czech Post + processing 15 Kč

• 4th notice sent by certified letter 250 Kč

• Reminder before court action – depends on the fee of the lawyer

• Before court action – 200 Kč/1 document

Compensation of a loss or damage of a document

• Compensation of a loss or damage of a document - library document processing 50 Kč

• Black and white copy of the compensating document 1 page/2 Kč

• Ring-binding of the compensating document 250 Kč

• Loss or damage of an electronic supply may be up to the original price of the supply

• Compensation will be suggested by the library individually

• Loss or damage of the barcode in a document 20 Kč

Interlibrary loan services

• National interlibrary loans – free at libraries placed in Prague, depends on price list of the borrowing institution + postage

• Copies from Czech libraries - depends on price list of the borrowing institution

• International interlibrary loans - depends on individually price list of the borrowing institution and the postage

• Copies from libraries abroad - depends on individuall price list of the borrowing institution and the postage

Search services

• Teachers and employees of Faculty of Education for free

• Other users: fee 100 Kč for the service + wage of the librarian: 250 Kč per hour

Refundable deposit for outside loans of selected documents will be priced individually
